Quimera CE IVD certified kits for chimerism detection after allogenic stem cell transplantation by dPCR and qPCR. With the dPCR kit, post-transplantation chimerism can be detected with 0.05 % sensitivity, whereas the sensitivity of traditional fragment analysis methods reaches only 1-5 %. The method is also more reproducible and precise than qPCR approaches.
